What had to be done in order for the Desná Glass - Design Desná exhibition to see the light of day?

The unique exhibition celebrating the glass from Desná and the 170^th anniversary of its glass production has been in full swing for four months. And what preceded it? 

Have a look at how the preparations took place. We present an abridged version of a time-lapse video from the installation of the exhibition in the premises of the Museum of Glass and Costume Jewellery in Jablonec nad Nisou.

The scenario for the exhibition was prepared by the artist, Jaroslav Bejvl junior, and the main curator at the Museum of Glass and Costume Jewellery, Petr Nový. The preparation of the exhibition took two years. Almost 100 kg of glass sand and wood shavings were used for the installation. The "limited edition" contains 569 products. 132 KUF light units were used to complete the light wall.
