"Czech glass art is highly valued in Spain. Moreover, the effort to preserve the hand-made production of glass in individual countries of Europe is now a very topical issue due to the recently submitted application for inscription on the list of intangible cultural heritage of UNESCO. The choice of program to start the Czech presidency therefore logically resulted in an exhibition, which we want to bring to the Spanish public the creativity and varied range of innovations that the Czechia has contributed to the world in the field of glass.
