Summer bracelet made using seed beads

The colorful seed beads from the PRECIOSA Terra Intensive collection are tailor-made for embroidery, sewing or for pieces of costume jewelry and accessories for the warm summer months. We have prepared a tutorial for you to make a sewn bracelet which will give you the opportunity to try out the combination of the PRECIOSA Farfalle™ and PRECIOSA Twin™ seed beads supplemented with PRECIOSA Rocailles. Procedure

 

 

Step 1

String 6x R10 and 1x T onto the thread, pass the thread through the second hole in the T and tie a knot (fig. no. 1a). Then string 74x T and alternate the colors so that you finish with the same color as you started with (fig. no. 1b).

Step 2

String 6x R10 and pass the thread through the neighbouring hole of the T (fig. no. 2a). String all the T, add T between them and create a symmetrical row (fig. no. 2b - 2c).

Step 3

Exit with the thread from the outer T (fig. no. 3a) and sew in the next row of T from one side (fig. no. 3b). Then sew through the seed bead loop and sew on a T from the other side.

Step 4

Return to the outer T through the seed bead loop (fig. no. 4a) and add an R10, then a F, then an R10 etc. between the T (fig. no. 4b). Sew on two R10 at the end of the row (fig. no. 4c), pass the thread through the seed beads to the other side where you should then repeat the row with the F.

Step 5

Connect any type of costume jewelry fastening to the seed bead loops and you are finished (fig. no. 5).
