On today's menu is a true gourmet delicacy.  A lovely flaky fish with pale blue scales, silvery body with shimmering rainbows, and iridescent dark blue dorsal fins, is coated in freshly chopped herbs and fragrant spices, and layered with lemon slices. Its delicate white meat, slowly grilled with butter simply melts on the tongue.  A glass of white wine rounds out this perfectly sublime – and healthy! – culinary experience.

A healthy lifestyle calls for quality, fresh, local ingredients.  There is nothing like a warm, crispy French baguette straight from the oven, or creamy farm-fresh dairy products.  Enjoy the crunchy walnuts just picked from the tree, juicy red apples brought in from the orchard, or the heady delight of perfectly ripe grapes.  There is nothing like cooking with local farm produce!

Gently mix yeast with lukewarm milk and a teaspoon of sugar and let stand for ten minutes.  Mix flour in thoroughly, until a dough forms.  Let rise in a warm place.  Once doubled, knead into a smooth elastic dough, form into small buns, and bake until golden.
